Michael has deep operational experience while holding senior positions as Controller, V.P. & General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer at various public and private corporations. He earned his Chartered Accountant degree (now CPA) at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then his international Corporate Finance (CF) designation, placing first in Canada on the final exam. While CFO, he has taken two companies public by IPO and RTO.

Jeff has an extensive 25 year history of working in the cancer research industry. He earned his Ph.D. in Medical Oncology from the University of Toronto and Princess Margaret Hospital. His professional expertise includes novel cancer therapies translational and clinical development regulatory affairs, clinical trial design and execution, and biomedical engineering. He has been a part time lecturer at McMaster University while being engaged with oncolytic virus research.

Tom is an entrepreneur who excels at leading creative research and development programs. As president of his electronic development company for over 30 years, Tom has developed leading technologies in multiple high power LED cooling applications and high power density designs. He was responsible for the launch of the new high powered LED based Blue Wand dental technology which revolutionized the curing of white filling materials.

Robert has a Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences and 25+ years of experience conducting basic and applied research in biology and in vitro diagnostics.  His background includes therapeutic and diagnostic oncology and medical device development.

Eric is CEO of Maerospace Corporation which is a leader in maritime intelligence through deployment of advanced radar technologies and global satellite AIS ship tracking. Having earned a Harvard MBA and a degree in Physics from Washington University in St. Louis, Eric has worked for NASA, led international product rollouts at Glenayre and Wavetek, led Broadband Learning's successful RTO on the TSX Venture Exchange for Broadband Learning and was instrumental in COM DEV's launch of exactEarth.

Dwayne manages a consulting business focused on energy regulatory issues. Previously he was responsible for strategy and marketing at Kitchener Utilities (natural gas). Dwayne has a P.Eng and a MBA (WLU).

Bob established and runs nrgMax, an engineering firm that specializes in the design and manufacturing of embedded control and equipment protection that serves diverse markets. Bob is entrepreneurial and loves to focus on sales and marketing issues.

Amol is an experienced medtech executive who has overseen the founding growth and successful exit of multiple medical technology companies. He has a Masters in Electrical Engineering and is currently President of KA Imaging, a Waterloo based medical imaging company.

Kate is an experienced medical device executive working in Boston. She has a MBA (Harvard) and currently is employed as Vice President Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Corvia Medical Inc.

Through his Cancer Immunotherapy Centres in Toronto, Dr. Gagovski has a special interest in the comprehensive treatment of solid tumors and is highly knowledgeable of Photodynamic Therapy (PDT). This interest broadened into developing treatments that would integrate and support more commonly used traditional treatments.
